(HRD) promises to bring you the most diverse, comprehensive and ever changing collection of ecclesiastical goods possible.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our collection, return it within 14 days in the original packaging materials, for a full refund on your product.

Method of Payment:  Heritage Restoration Design, Inc. (HRD) accepts Checks*, Money Orders, Visa or MasterCard.  (No COD’s).  Make check payable to: Heritage Restoration & Design, Inc. Illinois residents will be charged 8% sales tax unless tax resale or exempt number is given at the time of ordering. *There is a $50.00 charge on all returned checks.

Damaged Deliveries

Note damages on the delivery receipt and keep a copy. Please notify the shipping company within 24 hours and hold the original carton and packing materials for inspection otherwise no claim for repair or replacement cannot be honored.  Repair or replacement is at the discretion of Heritage Restoration & Design, Inc.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returned it within 14 days for a refund or exchange.  For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise.  Repack items carefully in the original packing materials and prepay shipping.  (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs)  SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Special order, imported, customized or full color orders are non-refundable.

Shipping

All items are made on a per order basis.  Typical delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks.  Freight charges are calculated at approximately 15% of the purchased published price for domestic shipments.  Freight for imported items shall be invoiced upon arrival and final cost determination.  All items are shipped via UPS,  Federal Express , expedited common carrier.  A Street address is required for all deliveries.  All shipments destined for US. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or outside the contiguous U.S. will be subject to addition freight and potentially other shipping related charges.
